1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Brisdale Hotel Kuala Lumpur ("the Hotel", "we", "us"). By making a reservation or using any of the Hotel's services, you ("the Guest") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

The Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Hotel's website and take effect immediately upon publication.

2. Reservations & Check-In

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid reservation confirmation must be presented at check-in.

  • Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge.
  • Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • A valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests at check-in.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to request a credit card authorisation or cash deposit upon check-in to cover incidental charges.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate type and booking channel. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms applicable to your reservation.

  • Reservations cancelled within the specified cancellation period will not incur a charge.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged one night's room rate as a cancellation fee.
  • Non-refundable rate reservations cannot be cancelled or modified after booking.

The Hotel shall not be held liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.

4. Guest Conduct

Brisdale Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a Muslim-friendly establishment. All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the Hotel's values and policies.

  • Guests are required to respect the peaceful enjoyment of other guests and residents at all times.
  • Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
  • Guests are expected to dress modestly in all common areas of the Hotel.
  • Any behaviour deemed disruptive, offensive, or contrary to the Hotel's policies may result in the guest being asked to vacate the premises without refund.

Smoking Policy: Brisdale Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms. A cleaning surcharge will be applied to any guest found to have smoked in a non-smoking area.

5. Liability

The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property except where such loss or damage arises from the Hotel's negligence or wilful misconduct.

  • Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. The Hotel accepts no liability for valuables not stored in the designated safe.
  • The Hotel shall not be responsible for loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.
  • Guests assume responsibility for any damage caused to Hotel property during their stay.

6. Privacy

The Hotel collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Malaysian data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
